Service Description

If you are having trouble choosing from our broad selection of Boho Bus Event packages and want to create an even more unique service then we will be more than happy to work with you to customize the details of your upcoming event to make it even more special. P.S. If you plan to have more than 12 guests please contact us via email before booking. How it Works: Boho Bus staff will show up at the location of your choosing an hour prior to your event to set up (this includes an outdoor seating arrangement as well as two long tables inside the bus with 12 poufs for seating). Once setup is complete Boho Bus staff will leave the event location and return at the end of your scheduled time to pack up. Please note that the bus has a fully functioning air conditioning and heating system to keep guests comfortable while inside, however there is not a bathroom aboard, so be mindful when choosing a location. Location: When choosing a location to host your event we ask that you choose private property or a space in which you have already secured the necessary permits. A large driveway, street parking, or even a spacious yard is perfect! Pricing Information: *To rent this package our pricing is $200/hour with a 2 hour minimum. You can request additional time via email before or after booking and the same rate will apply ($200/hour). *Once you have decided upon a location we will let you know the additional charge for gas mileage. If you are more than an hour outside of Birmingham and wish to have us come to you an additional $100 fee will be added on top of gas mileage. *Upon booking you will be asked to make a deposit that will go towards the total cost of your event. This deposit is nonrefundable. You will pay your remaining balance 24 hours prior to your event (this will be through a customized invoice displaying any extra costs that may not show online (ex: extra fee for gas mileage, additional hours, etc.). Catering Information: *We ask that all clients cater their own events as we do not provide any food or drink whatsoever. For groups of 12 or less we will provide plates and glasses, however all utensils as well as serving utensils must be provided by host. IMPORTANT: Please send an email if you do not live in the Birmingham area prior to booking. We may not be able to drive to your location so we ask that you check with us first if you are far away. Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid the retainer fee to book with us that cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you need be to cancel you must do so 7 or more days prior to your event date in order to not be charged the remaining balance of your event fee. Any cancellations made without a 7 day notice are 100% nonrefundable.
